Reach out....

And let people come in...

I think it's so easy to say, "I'm fine" whenever anyone asks.  I mean, that's the first thing we say, because we know people don't really want to hear all the heart ache, trauma + drama that's going on.

And then sometimes, you get in a "My crap is worse than your crap" competition and lemme tell ya...NO ONE wins that one!


So I posed a little challenge in this weeks video....you might wanna check it out and see for yourself.

Weekly Emails have a new home!
Y'all....I figured out HOW to add the newsletters to the website!

I'm telling ya....any day now, some giant IT company is gonna give me a call and ask them to work for them - ha!

So, here's what I'm gonna do....I'll create a new tab under the Glitter & Grace Club and put all the newsletter there.

It'll take me a little while because....old IT person here and I have to create all the pieces to go along with it, but I know how to do it!! 

Yippie!!  Finally...there'll be a place where you can find ALL the info from the newsletters in one place!!!  Often someone wants a link to something I shared weeks ago and I have no idea where to start looking, or what the link is.  

NOW, they'll all be right on the website...so if you can narrow down the week, you'll find it easily.

And if you can't narrow down the week, you'll have fun scrolling back through the previous weeks newsletters!
The Positive Choices
So last week I told you a little secret...that I'm working on something new and I'm REALLY excited about that. 

I have decided on the name: 
The Positive Choices...and I think it says just enough in as few words as possible.

I also sent you to my YouTube channel to subscribe in case you hadn't yet.

BUT...I decided to create a whole NEW channel devoted just to the new series.

So....even though I asked you to subscribe last week, I'm now asking you to subscribe THIS week, too....but to my new "The Positive Choices" channel!

Do you Journal?
I used to Journal without fail...and I stopped about the time I started writing for the whole world to see.  

BUT, a new rage is Bullet Journaling.  I included this pic, but not a link because #1-it was to Amazon and not the info I wanted and #2-putting 'bullet journaling' in the search bar of Pinterest will get you HUNDREDS of hits.

I'd be interested in hearing about your journaling journey...inspired?  Therapeutic? Love poems from the 7th grade (that might have been mine...)

I hired someone to transcribe some of my videos because I rarely write anything down before I start talking (that's not normal I don't think...) and sometimes, there's some good stuff that comes out - ha!

So, I got the transcription back today and she had included a meme as well, because she loved a specific phrase I had used.  

And now you wonder....What words of encouragement, empathy, praise, wisdom, authenticity and power did I utter to make her create a meme out of them???

Why....this of course:  My journey is fraught with caffeine & chaos and slapped together with pixie dust & tequila....

Well, they are pretty good.... 😉
