I'm so tired of 'she's too (insert whatever) to do/wear/say/think that', don't you?

That's my soapbox this week....people shaming someone because they choose to do something differently than someone else.

Yep, it drives me a little bit crazy, so I talked about it...because that's what I do (and a few other things) this week on the Monday Motivation Video....you can check it out right here.
 
 

I love this!

I got my hair cut today and my hairdresser (and dear friend), Tana has always had the coolest shop.  

This giant frame is hanging on the wall and inside the frame is a lot of smaller pictures.

They are mostly phrases on wood about hair (so fun and cute) but she also has the other stylists license in there as well inside frames (I just covered their names for privacy.)

I LOVE that!!  She said she got the frame as a flea market with an old print in it and just took that out and painted the frame. 

SUCH a cute idea!  You could easily change the pics/wood images seasonally or even every year!

I have such smart and creative friends...which is ALWAYS a good thing - ha!


 
 
Zoom Zoom
Our zoom call was a blast with Kate and Henri...small crowd but lots of laughs and fun!  I just this minute realized I didn't upload the video, so ... depending on when you open your email, it may (or may not) be loaded yet....oops!

I will upload it Tuesday and you can hang out with us, too.  It'll be right here when I finish!

Be sure to put the September call on your calendar so you can be there, too!  It's September 30 and sure is a good time!
I just want Pretty Things and Chocolate...
I have these on my desk. The round one is a little box with nothing in it, then the pens, and then the little note pad.

I don't use them, they just hang out with me every day.

So....why don't I use them, or get rid of them if I'm not going to use them?

Because they make me happy when I see them.  Know what makes you happy....and surround yourself with it!
