Tuesday is the new Glittery Monday!

So many good things...

This weekend, we went up to a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains named Blowing Rock. It has some of the cutest shops and it's just the utopia of what you'd think a small mountain, tourist town would look like.

We parked at the very end of Main Street and had to walk by a little shop that we don't usually see.

There...right there on the sidewalk, was this little table with a note, pens, cards and plastic holders with string.

The note said, "Leave a prayer or good thought on the tree'.

It was simply the most magnificent thing I've ever seen. This tree was overflowing with prayers, good words, wishes for others and love just all over the place. The notes carried around the building onto the side where more trees carried more notes and they even covered the fence and statues in the yard.

I think this is just about the most awesome thing ever! THINK about all the goodness this brings out!

I LOVE it and want to use this thought somehow....stay tuned!

I've seen a lot of memes about Fall weather, pumpkin spice and sweaters.

I've also seen a lot of memes about it still being 90° outside, sweat pouring off bodies and summer ain't over til the pool closes.

BUT....for me, September does signal the beginning of Fall. I know it's not official yet, and yes, it WAS 90° here today (actually it was 91°, but who's counting...).

It just seems like Fall to me. The word 'September' does it for me.

So, I've begun thinking (only thinking...it IS 91 after all) about boots, and sweaters and autumn leaves.

However, I haven't begun decorating for Fall yet. Ok, I don't EVER think about decorating for Fall.

I just leave the cobwebs up for the month of October and call them Halloween Directions 😉
