No foolin', everything is better with glitter!

Long Time Grace Giver...

About a hundred years or so, (give or take 😉), I worked in a big office with a lot of people. I had my own little corner, and while it wasn't the Glitter Dome or purple, it was my space and I decorated it kinda like I decorate myself....lots of random things, some bling and things that make me happy.

One of the things I had in there was this little bench. I don't think anyone ever sat on it because it was so low to the ground. And I don't think I would feel too safe standing on it either,

so it was basically useless. But it sure was pretty. I built it myself, and then painted it purple. I added the swirls and flowers, buttons and embellishments.

Then I added the words....

When I uncovered that bench Saturday, when I moved all the stuff of life that had covered it for so long, and rediscovered it, I had such an overwhelming sense of déjà vu, y'all....it was like that bench knew all along that I was meant to be offering positive vibes, joy and glitter & grace.

And that made me realize that some things take a little longer than others to happen, but when they do, it's still just as beautiful....

PS ~ I also am reminded that I am NO artist....but that didn't stop me.
