Happy Monday Motivation, y'all!
I give you permission...
Hmmmm....I'm almost positive I've said those words before.

But they keep coming up.  Only I'm twisting them just a little bit and using words like, 'validation' and 'approval'.

Same thing, different words.

And just in case you were wondering, Alexander Graham Bell didn't invent the lightbulb....but I might have said that on the
Monday Motivation video...you can find it here:
Good Stuff Ahead!

So....do you?

When I was designing The UnBreakable Retreat, I knew I wanted to explore the women we were that brought us to the space we were in today.

I believe we all change every day, from events in our past and ones that happen daily, and from that, we grow and learn and keep living our lives as best as we can.

But sometimes, we get so wrapped up in who we should be, that we forget we used to be pretty fabulous already.
Sure, we change every day....but that's because we're living life and those outside influences wiggle into our soul, those close circle friends mention something that snags our ear and we witness epicness all over the place.

But there sure were some fabulous pieces that we left on the table because they didn't fit right with someone sitting close by....or even a few tables over.

And it's those pieces of our soul that I want you to explore, examine, and reclaim if they are pieces you love and miss.

Who did the world tell you you should be?

Who are you missing?

It's stunning when you think about it for a hot minute....I remember the exact moment someone told me, "You used to laugh more".

I did.  I was loud and fearless and sometimes not the person I was proud of, but the laughter was what I missed the most.  I knew, at that very moment, that I needed to find it again.  And because of my journey, I was forced to find it in the little things.  The things that others might find foolish, or immature, or even too small to consider.

But, one of the biggest things I had to do was realize that those who found it necessary to shame me for my laughter, giggles, giddies, and pure energy weren't the ones that mattered as much as I mattered to who I was.

I found that laughter by searching for it in the little things.  And then I started laughing at those little things as often as possible.

And you can, too.

Yep, hosting a podcast...

But I don't listen to podcasts, Sasha....

Pssst...can I tell you a secret?

Neither do I!

Then what in the wide world of boas am I

doing hosting my own podcast!?!?!?!

Well, mainly because I want to continue the conversation....

So often, there's just more I want to talk about, learn about, or share about than I can do on a Facebook live (it's like the wild west in those things sometimes!), or in a video that's recorded and on a specific topic.

There are so many topics I want to explore more....I want to talk to other women about subjects that we all benefit from, that will help us understand things differently, or help us see we aren't the only ones dealing with whatever it is, and, just maybe...we might be able to change something and make our life better.

You'll get to listen in to conversations that will validate you, educate you, and even make you laugh (hey...I like to laugh in case you haven't heard 😉)....something we could all use a little more of.

The Podcast debuts on Thursday, July 11th and the link will be all over the place...on Facebook, Instagram, my personal page, and most likely in a special text to y'all if you signed up for the text message announcements!  (Special announcements only..like a new life coaching course or the start of the podcast!!)

I'm pretty excited about the podcast, and the conversations we'll get to have and I'm very excited about being able to share this with you!

PS ~ If you didn't get to sign up for the text announcements, you can do that here!

450???

Last week, I wrote Morning Motivation email number 450.

Ain't that some crazy shizzle!

I've said this before, but I'll say it again...when I started this adventure, I wasn't sure of the direction I was headed, it was more of a blind curve ahead.

But it has been glorious and I love it so very much and I am thankful you're here with me.  Thirty three of you have been with me from Day 1 and I appreciate that more than you'll ever know....And I love the rest of y'all just as much 💗

So, here's to the next 450, and the next, and the next....long may they live and continue!

I'm fabulous...I know it's true because my phone tells me so

I first shared my phone alarm fabulousness with y'all several months ago, but I feel pretty strongly about this one, so I'm saying it again....

Every day, at 10:03, when my alarm on my phone goes off and the words, "You're Fabulous!" pop up on my screen, I smile.

That right there is enough to make you stop reading this and GO DO IT.

But...in case you need more nudging...think about this: You can put whatever you want in the alarm field!

(Ok, I have an iphone, but I'm assuming you can do the same on those other phones. Yes, I know what it means to assume....thankyouverymuch.)

So anyway, if you want to put, "Great Job", "you look fantastic", "my boss sucks", or whatever you want your phone to tell you every day, you can.

THIS IS AMAZING!

Seriously...most days, I forget it's going to happen (yes that does indicate my brain function isn't at full capacity most of the time....life...), so it's sorta a surprise at 10:03 when it goes off, I grab my phone and see those words.

If you want to do this, go to your alarm settings, set a new one and in the "Label", put what you want.

Easy Peasy!

Other Goodness you might like!

Finally!

Y'all...I'm blaming this one on Mac.  Because...well I can because he's not here.

Last week on the video, I said the zoom call was that week.

It wasn't.

Last Friday on the dance party video, I said it again....for last night.

It's wasn't (and I edited that little wrong announcement right outta there).

Finally, I can say for sure that the ZOOM call is THIS coming Sunday.

Lawd....and I'm totally blaming Mac because he took my calendar off the wall (ok, he took the wall, too....), and then he took it off the refrigerator (ok the refrigerator NOW has walls around it...) so basically I have NO idea what day it is.

But this coming Sunday, June 30th, at 9:00 pm Eastern, there will be a ZOOM Call!

Here's your link and you'll get a reminder too!

Today?  Like today, today?

Today is International Fairy Day, and even though I am adult-ish, I still love magical fairies and all the illusions, hopes, and dreams they represent.

So, today is a day to celebrate for me.

Which means I totally had an excuse for that cupcake I ate today.

With sprinkles.

But I have to tell you....often people will scoff at my magical delights, my fantasical thoughts and dreamy ideas.

And you know that I just smile, say, "Bless your heart", and keep on twirling with my wand and glitter...
