Happy Monday Motivation, y'all!
FEAR is not what you think it is...
There are a whole lot of acronyms for the word FEAR, but I decided to create my own (ok, it's totally possible I didn't create this one, but I also didn't look it up to see...so I'm going with it 😉).  

And there are all kinds of fears that disable us, diminish us, and disarm us, making it tough to do some of the things we really want to do.

Know your worth

I think people are afraid to say their worth, whispering it to themselves even, and certainly not outloud.

What does that even mean, anyway...your worth?

Is it a dollar amount...some magical number that we reach up and pull out of the air, because it's nearly impossible to
figure that piece out?

That's not really where I see our worth....I see it in how we react to a crisis, how we show empathy, how we manage the chaos that our daily lives bring....I see it in our strength when needed, and our genius at work....I see it our smiling eyes when caring for loved ones, and the steely strength we show when we're pushed too far, or we have a battle to wage.

Your worth is you.  It's who you are and it's what you bring to the table.

So....never let anyone diminish that amount....there's never going to be a dollar amount attached to your worth because there aren't enough dollars in the world to find the magic that lives inside you.

We're all woven...

I saw this line in a long post I wrote and was taken by the words.  Yes I wrote them, but it had been a while, and well...you know my brain.  It's a bit scattered sometimes - ha!

I am woven with regret, happiness, sorrow & joy, and the ribbons of my soul dance with each one on a daily basis.

All of us are woven with many (many, many) things and it makes us who we are.  There are
pieces of so many emotions, mistakes, and successes that are all wrapped up into our soul, that we live each of them every day.

It's not a curse to live with your past...it's a blessing.  Those things we're wrapping ourselves in help guide us to where we need to go.

And the ones the we need to rid ourselves of?

They're telling us we need to let go, we're just afraid to do it. 

What are you woven with....and what do you need to rid yourself of....two lists.  Two paths.

Your choice. 

It's your map and your journey.

By now....everyone should have gotten a little surprise in the mail (except a couple that I had the wrong address, but they're on the way!).

So if you didn't get a post card in the mail by today, lemme know!  I could have the wrong address or it could be in Alaska, or somewhere in between!   
 
And, by the way....Tater stuffed the envelopes, applied both labels and sealed them all 😉.  It was part of her "I need money to pay for this kitten" plan - ha!

Zoom, Zoom!

The Zoom call is this Sunday night, at 9:00 pm ET.

You'll get the link in the Friday Afternoon Dance email and then again on Sunday in a reminder.

If you've never been on a zoom call, it's really cool and fun...and sometimes a little crazy!

It's like the Brady Bunch opening credits, where there's a tic-tac-toe screen with each person in one 'square'. 

Well, that's how a zoom call is....each person is in their own 'square' (screen) and we're usually trying not to talk over each other!

It's cool to find out what's going on with everyone and just laugh.  Because laughing is good!

Y'all know that one of the perks of being a fabulously gorgeous member of the Glitter & Grace Club is an actual gift mailed to you (plus a card) on your birthday, right?

Well....I don't have everyone's birthday listed!

So....I'd love to know everyone's birthday.

Now....if you already got a birthday gift in the mail this year....don't you worry, I got you!
