Are you still trying...
I am guilty of trying to do #allthethings, and what happens when I'm trying to juggle #allthethings, is I inevitably drop most of the things.

Find out ways to get over the need to do #allthethings when you watch the Monday Motivation video.......you can find it here:

The UnBreakable Retreat

I wanted a space where I could feed my soul, where I could discover the space I held and figure out the direction my path should take.

So I created it.  The Retreat is going to be a place and time for YOU.  When you walk away after a day of fullness, you will be renewed, refreshed, and refueled.

Check it out here ➣
Retreat
What did you say?

Those words....you think you're just spewing them out into the universe.

But your heart hears them.

Those negative words you whisper to that girl in the mirror, a spiteful turn that seeps into your soul and stays there....much too long.

The way you speak to yourself matters.
So why don't we switch it up?  The way you speak to yourself matters...so let's speak to ourselves with love, humor, pride, joy, and amazement every single day!

Pass by that mirror, but stop once in a while, and give that girl a wink and a smile...because she means more to the world that all those negative words out there.

This sounds about right!

I know there's a few other things we're made of but I like these best.

Stardust and wishes and magical things....I'm full of hope that these are the things that are at my core and swirl around inside my very being, flowing out as needed.

What are you made of?

I'd like to think I'm also made up of resilience,
hope, tenacity, and a little bit of glitter and grace.

There's a few other things in there, too but those are the ones that seem most important right now.

What are you made of...

Why isn't this easy?

This should be the easiest prompt ever.  But we hesitate.

We stop.

We aren't sure how to get past the standard answers of our family, our kids, our loved ones.

Maybe we toss in our home, our pets, and a few material things.

But then....we're stuck.

We aren't sure what should come after the 'standard' ones, and we simply don't think about the things that are personal to add to the list.

Could we add the things we love about ourselves?  Isn't that part of loving your life...loving yourself?

I've been on a 'love yourself/self care' kick lately and I just have to tell you, , it's bigger than anything I've been on in my entire life.

And lately might be the last year.  Even through a very tough year, I've worked hard on taking care of myself so I can take care of everyone else, too.

That's one thing I really love about my life.  I listen to my body, my soul, and my heart and I try to follow the leads they give me.

If you want to print the sheet you can do that here ➣ Prompt , but you can also use your fancy notebook to just write it down and get to it!

Limiting Beliefs...
Video 7 is up for the Life Purpose Quest Life Coaching course!  It's the last in the series of the 6 Stepping Stones on writing your life's story and finding your Life Purpose!

This has been SUCH an amazing journey and I am honored you came along with me.

There will be 1 more video in this series, wrapping it all up and finishing it out, so you will have the entire process for finding your Life Purpose.  If you haven't started the series, be sure and start at Video 1, and go from there.  Each video is less than 20 minutes long, because I wanted this to be something everyone could do and have the time for.

The series is thought provoking, interesting, and makes you question your life to this point...all good things and exactly what you want your life coach to do...push some buttons to make you think outside the box!

After the final video in the series, I'll begin working on the next series in the Life Coaching Courses:  Self Confidence!

I'm am beyond excited to bring this next one to you!

Check out the latest video (or the first one....or whichever one you're on!) right here ➣ Life Coaching

Is that the SAME Facebook page?

You may have noticed a change in my Facebook Page.

Or you may never even see it at all - ha!

But I've made a pretty radical move and I have to tell you....the difference has been pretty life changing.

I decided I was a writer first...and a FB page admin last.  And the in between stuff I would figure out.

So I put my words into action and they touched a lot of souls.

I know that because I've heard from so many.

I am humbled that my words have the power to lift others up, to help them heal, to reach their heard in ways that send love and support to so many.

Yes, some things were removed to make room for the new, and some I let go because they were weighing me down and in this season of my life, I had to let them go.

And I know it was a very good decision to make.  No regrets, just fabulous experiences.

If you want to check out the new words, you can find them here:  Scattered Sasha

Cotton Candy, anyone?

We went to the fair on Saturday.

And y'all might know that I'm a picture taker. There are over 9,000 photos on my phone and that's totally ridiculous.

I thought the ferris wheel made a perfect background and I asked Mac to snap one of me.

Well....he's not a picture taker.  And he doesn't have an iPhone.

But he took my phone, I stepped away and posed, and he just stood there.

I asked what he was waiting for.

He said, "What is it you want me to do?"

And y'all....that just cracked me up.

Which is when he started snapping pictures...like 27 in a row.

And this one was right in the middle.

Not bad for someone who didn't know what he was doing.... 😉

Yes, girl!

Shonda Rimes wrote a book called, "A year of yes".  Full disclosure, I haven't read it, but I know the premise: say "yes" to the unexpected invitations (both formal and informal) and see what happens without the automatic "no" that comes to mind.

Y'all....I LOVE THIS.

I'm such a "no" person sometimes.  I don't want to leave, Daddy might need me, it's a school night...the list is endless

And often the list needs to be minded.  But....what if sometimes...I let go a little bit and said yes.

Maybe bedtime would be later on occasion.  Maybe Daddy would go to bed a little earlier...maybe there would be some fun waiting...or at least a new experience.

So I love this idea...what do you think?

Ready to say yes to a few things?

I wish you love & laughter, and glitter & grace
this week and always!

Glitter & Grace,
Sasha
